The K2 from the Solidfloor Specials collection is a straight pattern oak floor, finished with white high solid (UV) oil. The floors from the Hand Scraped collection are recognizable through their sloping surface. This is because the floors are hand scraped. This quality, in combination with the brushing of the wood, is displayed beautifully in grazing light. Because the floor is hand scraped each plank is a little different, giving the floor unique character. Besides the characteristic sloping appearance of the K2, the floor is also recognizable through its rich colour. This is a result of the floor being smoked. The floor has a thickness of 15 mm including the high-quality 4 mm oak top layer. As part of the Rustic wood selection, which allows more and larger knots than in the Nature or Mill Run selection, this floor has a lively appearance. Periodical maintenance with the Solidfloor Hardwax Oil White will ensure that the floor stays beautiful for longer, lasting years. In short, this is a quality oak floor with a 25 year guarantee.
